1 General Terms
These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the gvbet platform and all its users. gvbet is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms may change from time to time, and the latest version will always be published on this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

- Users must operate the account in their own name — betting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
Providing accurate personal information is mandatory when opening an account at gvbet. Providing false information during registration is considered a serious violation and may be grounds for account closure.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If your account security is compromised, you must notify the gvbet support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification
gvbet may request one or more of the following documents at any time, especially before processing a withdrawal:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
- Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit at gvbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
Funds will be credited to your account once the deposit is complete. gvbet does not charge any deposit fees, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms and conditions — reading them before claiming an offer is mandatory.
- A bonus may only be claimed from one account or one device.
- gvbet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- Certain games or bet types may be excluded from counting toward wagering requirements.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets at gvbet:
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
- gvbet is not responsible for any delay in bet processing due to technical issues.
- If a dispute arises over the result of any event or game, gvbet's decision shall be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports. Specific rules apply to each sport's betting, and these will be detailed on the gvbet platform.
6.3 Casino & Live Games
Each casino and live dealer game has its own set of rules. If a technical fault occurs in a game provider's software, gvbet may void that round or session and refund the amount wagered.
7 Responsible Gaming

- You can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits for yourself.
- There is an option to temporarily suspend your account if needed.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

- Prolonged account inactivity.
10.2 User Rights
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account (subject to wagering requirements being met).
11 Limitation of Liability
gvbet bears no responsibility for the following:
- A bet being missed or not completed due to issues with the user's internet connection or device.
- Delays or errors in a third-party payment provider's system.
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
- Any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
In any circumstance, gvbet's maximum liability shall be limited to the applicable balance in the user's account.
12 Changes to Terms
gvbet reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make efforts to notify users in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.
